I just knew it had to be some stupid little thing. The stuck injector has crossed my mind. After digging in to everything pretty deep as in checking every tab thrice....the freaking COT was still enabled. 13.0-12.8 from 3k to 6k!! Thanks a lot to all!! Great discussion.

Cat over temp, it adds fuel into the equation to try and cool the engine and combustion even down and allow the cat to recover.

I think he was trying to use the narrowband diff to see if he could calculate the offset diff, which is highly inaccurate.

Im 100% certain, now, that the narrow bands being that far off was just a coincidence. Its just strange that the WBO2 and the NBO2 were reading very similar and bank 1 was lean. I'm guessing that there may be a small leak near the header exit on bank one and bank 2 is sealed up tight.
