Hey guys, i posted this up on hptuners as well, just turbo'ed my car, and drove it 400 miles round trip to great lakes dragway. drove perfect the whole way, but now that i attempted altering the tune last night, it starts and dies. has fuel pressure, oil pressure, and it drove great three hours prior to adjusting the tune. All i did was alter the ve table, and added some timing. thats it. anyone have any ideas why it wont stay started?

what did you change? loose ground? no codes set?

The only changes were to the ve table and timing tables. didnt touch a single physical thing on the car. there is a chance its coincidence and something is wrong with the motor, but that would be a hell of a coincidence.... There were only two dtc codes, and both have been there since i had it running n/a last april.

go back and change them to what they were before see if its the tune change or something else

I uploaded my previous file and it didnt change anything. i am suspection it might not be the tune, but everything i check under the hood looks good. was posting to see if i am missing something stupid....

Yup, full tank of E85, got it about 10miles before parking it before this happened.

Battery and alternator good?

Yeah, battery went dead, only because I was making changes and trying to start it over and over. Other than that they work great.

Just a quick update, I got the car back running, the map sensor was not positioned correctly in the hole, I thought It was good but when I replaced it with another sensor i seen how off it really was. Car is back running now, just need drags so I dont get pulled over for wheel spin
