Done tons of research and can't find nothing solid, just a little here and there from years and years ago.

Basically looking to buy this tuner:

Vinci Hi Performance
Diagnostic Tuner
Part No. 1202-008
97-04 Corvette C5
98-02 FBody
03-04 SSR
04 GTO


My dilemma is that my cats are bad so they are throwing codes, I could easily get rid of these codes by having them tuned out or run o2 sims. My car is a 2001 Z28 so the EGR is irrelevant.

I need to know if this tuner can tune out the emissions, such as simulating the rear o2 codes or at least prevent them from showing. If not, would o2 sims along with this work for me?

I will possibly be getting LT's and an X-Pipe setup so this is kind of important and will help me know if I should purchase this or not. For now my car is basically stock w/ LS6 intake, pp tb, and SLP lid.


I could've swore they stopped selling o2 sims, if not where can I get them? eBay?

I have it for my 99 SS, You can clear the codes for the cats but will come back shortly after clearing. Don't know much about o2 sims.
