Exclamation F.A.S.T. Guys In Here Please

Ok, so I've been thinking about this more and more as my car is closer to being done. I've been kicking around the idea of doing an XFI on my 01 WS6...but first I'm hoping someone can answer the couple of questions I have. With the XFI, can you still get the car through inspection? Is it possible to get the factory cluster to work? Hope someone can help me out.

as long as they dont do an OBD2 test.. you can pass the car...
otherwise, if they hook up to the OBD2 Port under the dash...you will have to piggy back the stock pcm just so it can send signals for inspection..
the factory cluster working...is not going to happen unless you use a 98 cluster...
the 98 cluster is 100% analog.... the 99+ clusters use a Data signal sent from the Pcm(except for oil pressure which is the only thing analog on it..)..again... piggy backing the stock pcm is the only way.

So is it possible? Who has done it? I mean as far as inspection, that'll be the easy part...but what am I looking at as far as piggy backing the stock PCM with the XFI?
