jsut built a Ls3 416 i have done everything for the motor for hp as i can but changing out my 1 3/4 headers for 1 7/8, add a cutout, air lid slp one for 104 air lid, remove MAF, and a speed density tune from Speedinc and they promise me another 30rwhp... Is there any truth to this????

I suppose it is possible, seems a little optimistic, but possible. I would have though more like 20-25, but maybe on a 416 it might get 30. I have seen removing the MAF and going SD on a 346 net 13-15 at the wheels, so it is possible.

It can be done, but is that price worth it?

And if you shop around, you can probably buy that stuff for half the price listed.
