Exclamation 98 z28 torque management

Kind of a newbie tuning question here, I've got a 98 z28 6spd time attack prepped car, it seems to lack a little coming out of tight corners hard (2nd gear), I know the car is running correct, it has no tune right now, is thier torque management in the manual cars as well?
Also, the 98 PCM seem to be limited as far as Plug in tuners, can the mail order guys program the 98 PCM's?

Thanks for the help

I don't believe that M6's have torque management, I thought it was only A4's. However, I do know that the mail order tuners like Frost can definitely tune '98 PCM's.
