What he said^ P2101 indicates one of those issues, not the things I spoke of earlier. If you search P2101, you will find even more suggestions on problems that can cause that code...

Time for tuning software, small investment relative to the rest of car. You don't need to be a tuna, you just need to able post logs & tunes so others can help.......specially if your 2 hours away.

Thanks for all the ideas and information guys.. I inspected, contact cleaned all the terminals this weekend.. Everything looked new. The doner vette all this stuff came of off only had about 10k on it.. The LS2 throttle body was new and ported that I purchased off of e-bay. I cleaned and lubed the blade and pivot area. Seemed to open and close smoothly.. I put everything back togeter and went on a couple of 10 mile cruises this weekend.. So far, the car has not went into RPM since, but the two times it did happen was near the end of a 20 mile trip. Funny thing is I made a 70 mile trip between the episodes and it ran perfect.. I guess I'll just have to drive it a whle and keep an eye on it.. If the problem persists, I will try to get some tune info to dig deeper.. Thanks again for all the help! Jason
