Codes? not sure what to do

Codes? not sure what to do ok iv been chasing this problem for a while now. my car runs like poo. at first it would only die when i turn on the fan so i checked all the grounds(from all the ones i seen they were fine but i could be missing some idk) Then i remembered i just installed an ud pully on the crank so i needed a smaller alt pully. Car still ran like poo. So today i put a code reader on her and this is everything it said:

misfire
I dont have rear o2 sensors or cats. before reseting all the codes it would still run and drive just not healthy, now that there reset the car wont run barely at all unless im giving it gas then it will die.
Any ideas?

the fan is also no longer stock im running a toggle right now and i have a thermostat switch for the fan when I get the car running good. im sorry im tired and cant think whats the maf. mas air flow? If so yes it is but my intake is all ls6.
