Default tuning injectors

I ve started tuning my injectors. They re Siemens 83lb ones. I got the data for them from another tech member. A lot of it doesn't directly correlate to hptuners. What tables need to be spot on to get them to operate.

offsets are key. I have only heard people having issues with those 83lb injectors.

if anyone needs them i can email it to you. for some reason its not going up. anyway adjusted some of the tables and have gotten it a lot closer. For some reason as soon as i hit 0 inches of vac and almost enter boost the car acts like its hitting the rev limiter. I m sure its the injectors bc i hit 1 psi with my factory injectors in no problem. anyone have any ideas of where i need to be adjusting. i ll try to post up my tune

Do you have a boost referenced regulator? If you do, then the offset tables should be the same for 0 all the way to 80. Also, the IFR should be flat across the board for whatever fuel pressure you are running. I just took a quick look at the fueling, your probably running way rich and that's the rev limiter that you hear.

Yes I do. I m going to check that out then. I also noticed when I logged the car and it did that, that the map sensor didn't read above 105 kpa and I never got more than 30% duty cycle from the injectors

Your tune is jacked then. It'll need some work.

I figured. I m gonna throw my factory injectors in and see if it will build boost. It did before I swapped them so its either tuned way wrong for injectors or I got a bad batch. I m going switch off e85 and go back to 93 until I figure stuff out. I messed with those tables a bit but do you think the numbers should be at? I appreciate the help too.

Took the car around the block and the wideband was hitting 9.6 on a gas scale so its def. Running pig rich. Don't why I didn't notice it before. I m going to adjust the BE table and see before I swap injectors
