Hey......its been a while since i posted here but i need help with my Jeep. I rebuilt an lq9 and installed it in my 97 wrangler with a 4l60e. The truck runs great and makes plenty of power but im only getting between 11 and 13 mpg. Ive already checked for vaccum leaks etc with no obvious signs of a problem. I bought EFI Live thinking i would try it myself but quickly realized i was in over my head. The tune that is presently in the truck was emailed to me by the guy i bought the software from but i havent been able to contact him since. I can post my tune if u need or i would love a recomendation of an email tuner.
My last question is can u data log using EFI Live or do i need something else? Can u see real time data as well?
Thank you

With V2 you can log in black box mode (i.e. leave laptop at home)...
but first you will have to update the V7 and V8 software, download from the EFILive website software download page...
after installing V7 build 211 and V8 build 203, you will need to flash firmware 2.7.35 into V2 and re-program the BBx config (I can show you how).
[ V7 is for scanning, logging, editing ]
[ V8 is for configuring black box mode, reading/flashing newer ECMs/TCMs ]
