Default Bad ecu???

I have a SSP stand alone harness in my mustang and just the other day it starting running rough. Now I know why. No fire/fuel on the driver side. I park the car inside so I know it didn't get wet. I don't see any frayed wiring or loose grounds. Any ideas??

I checked the red/blue connectors to the ecu. No burned or messed up pins, all the fuses on my harness fuse box are good. I'm not sure how to check the relays. Tomorrow I'll go underwood and check grounds again.
