Only P0068 is related to your problem. The other codes are different issues.
Unplug the MAF and test if it works. Don't remove the MAF, just unplug it from harness and test.
You may need a few attempts before the PCM fails the MAF, so start the engine, let it idle a few minutes, turn it off and repeat a few times before giving it gas.

ok i am not running a maf at all.could this be somthing that my tuner never deleted or turned off when i sent him the computer?also i cleared the codes and the started it and for a split second it would want to rev but cuts out like usual.could this be a bad acc. pedal position senor or does it not sound like that? thanks
