Cutting off at 110!?

Cutting off at 110!? Ok, it's nothing in the tuning I know. I took it to my tuner and the top speed is maxed out at 255 in all the sections. I'm out of ideas. The speedo is dead on with my gps. I have 4:10 gears and an m6. When I get right at 110 it just bogs down and stays right at 110. I can drop down to 100 and it'll pull hard till 110. The guy that had it before me said it never done that. I didn't try before I had my motor built so maybe something is wrong? Idk
Does it only happen around 110MPH, or does it also happen at the same RPM in different gears? I had a problem before where the RPM's wouldn't climb and the car wouldn't go faster than whatever speed that was in that gear. Turned out to be valve float.

My tuner logged in and couldn't find anything that would make it do that. And yes, it only does this at 110 in 5th and 6th. I'm not sure on my fuel pressure. My mods are full bolt ons, 228r cam with all the supporting mods. My air fuel ratio is dead on.

It just might not be able to pump enough. Only way i know to check is when you on the dyno go to 110 and when it starts to cut out they need to check your fuel pressure at the fuel rails should be 55-60 or somewhere in that range. Im sure its something simple but you just have to find it.

Well tonight I had an open road with nothing around so I decided to see what it would do and for the first time it pulled as hard at 110 as at 60. So I have no idea what it was because I haven't done anything
