Yes you need to adjust the offset to get the key on engine off Kpa reading correctly.
If you have data for those injectors you need use it.
If those injectors are the same ID as they say then.
Your B4001, B4003, B4004, B4005, B4006, B3701 are all off.
If you do not have a boost reference fuel pressure regulator your B4001 should not be set at a Static rate it should be an Ascending rate table like stock.
Once that is sorted out
Work your VE to get the fueling correct using the Calc Ve or AutoVe depending on the interface of your wideband.
Lean readings at Idle with a wideband are not uncommon. The slow speed of the exhaust at idle can cause that. Also if your cam has some overlap it can cause the wideband to read a high AFR but you can smell gas out the pipe.
