Default 228r idle help

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but.... what are you guys ideling at that are running the 228 r texas speed cam? I just started my car last night and it is idleing high about 1150 in park and 900 in gear. I haven't got to drive the car yet think that will take care of it? or is it supposed to idle that high? The car has the following mods: longtubes, lid, smooth bellow, !CATS,!AIR,!EGR. Also it was tuned by frost so im highly doubting the tune. Im failry sure that it doesn't have any vacuum leaks.. Any ideas or experiances?? Thanks

Is this off your stock tach or from HP? My stock tach is 200-300 off at idle compared to HP.

Yeah this is off of the stock tach but it sounds high. Its high enough that the engine isn't lopping? All i have access to for a scan tool is a cheap one that will only read codes. I may be able to get to a modis this weekend to check IAC counts. Does anyone think that driving the car will help?
