Default Nick Williams 102...p0121 code? Tuning Issue?

So I have a 67 camaro with an lsx454 and have been sorting through the little issues to actually be able to drive it without having to worry about breaking down. Everything has been sorted out and Ive had the car broke-in/tuned at injection connection in PA. Dale and his crew are great.. I have put about 10-15 miles on the car and I keep getting this p0121 code for the tps followed by the car not running to great untill I clear the code. Me and my buddy that is a mechainc took the voltage reading on the sensor this weekend.. they are as follows:

I have read that the readings should be:
idle = .6v
wot = 4.0v +

With the intake off and key on (engine off) pinning with a voltmeter on the tps
idle = 1.2v
wot = 4.4v

With the intake on and everything hooked up. Key on (engine off) using a scan tool
idle = #1 - 3.61v / #2 - 1.35v 20% throttle
wot = #1 - 1.59v / #2 - 4.39v 99% throttle

Engine on using a scan tool
idle = #1 - 4.00v / #2 - 1.00v

I am trying to figure out why at idle the voltage is so high. I dont believe this is a wiring issue as much as a tuning issue. Could all this be happening due to the 102 tb? and not being tuned correctly?

Also could it be possible that the 2 control wires are switched at the ecu, or pedal? I checked the colors or both pedal and tps both seem correct. I have yet to pin back to the ecu..

Here are some pictures of the wiring..

I have also read that this code can be turned off all together.. what are the pros and cons of this? I dont want to hurt the motor or anything else just bacuse its a quick answer or an easy fix. I want this done the right way..

Thanks for all the help, Steven

What PCM? The Gen IV PCM needs to have the P0101, P0106 & P0121 min ETC temp maxed.

On the Gen III PCM, set the P0121 Error Max Map to 100 Kpa, and the P0121 error Min Map to 0 Kpa.

Thank you for the reply Russ. I believe it's a e38. From a 07 vette has 2 main connectors on it.. If I don't have hp tuners or EFI live there is no way to change this correct? Thanks again for the help.

Nope can't do it without one of them. As Russ stated, set the P0121 min test temp. to something it will never achieve, like 400 degrees.
