Knock Sensor.. Help!

Knock Sensor.. Help! So, Ive done some pretty big exhaust mods to my camaro and a few intake mods and had the car HP tuned (no check engine light)
then..
I go out in my car (after the hurricane) and the check engine light is on with the code: P0332 which my OBD II read as the knock sensor
Since im a newbie to the whole LS engine, does anyone know:
1. How long i can drive it like this for
2. Will it mess up my motor if i continue driving it like this
3. Where should i get a replacement sensor
I also noticed a small drop in the amount of power the car gives out.. im sure the effect is related to the knock sensor..
If anyone could answer those 3 questions that would be great
