Default Problems with new 408

I just finished building my 408. Its starts right up and idles with no issues all gauges show proper readings. I am going with a speed density tune and have a mail order break in tune from my tuner and every time I try to drive the car or rev it it cuts out or completely dies and has slow throttle response it feels like. The majority of the time when it dies is when im trying to drive it around the block. I am not throwing any engine lights or codes. IV tried adjusting the throttle body blade and it helped slightly but didn't fix the problem. Can this maybe be an issue of it just needs to be tuned on the dyno or is there anything else I can adjust or change. I also have both new sensors on the throttle body and that didn't help any. Thanks in advance for any help.

W/o a scan tool, U R guessing. Get it scanned/logged, and the problem should be evident.
