Default Whats up with no 98 tuners

Does anyone know why on one makes a tunner for 98 ls1 cars? Also can you swap the PCM for one out of a 99 or newer car and make it work? I want to use a HPtuners but they dont make one for a 98. Any suggestions?

I know we currently do not have anything available for the 98 vehicles but we are working on them and they will be released soon.

Don't you know we are the red-headed step children of the LS1 family?

Ummm, huh?

No one makes a tuner?

I've been using LS1Edit on my '98 for two years now. I know you said you want HPTuners' program, though, but No one is not true.

And you can swap PCMs, but it will involve either changing wiring harnesses, or repinning the PCM connectors (which involves lengthening some of the wires).

don't forget changing gauge clusters, and fuel tank, to keep everything working right with the 99+ computer
