6.0 stays in open loop

6.0 stays in open loop Hello, got an issue with my 6.0 swap. I noticed it wa consuming a lot more fuel then I had expected. So I hooked my solis pro up and saw that it was staying open loop, I had codes for o2 sensor no response. I watched them and the front stay around .450v. I know they should be switching but they are not. Rear sensors were deleted, o2 sensors are brand new and I checked continuity and there are no issues with any wires, it's also getting ign and ground for the sensors heater. I can force the system into closed loop with the scan tool an it starts to adjust fuel trim. I've put about 150 miles on the new engine and it hasn't adjusted any fuel trim at all.
Does anybody have any ideas? I'm hoping the tuner didn't remove front sensors as well, but don't think that would be possible. All sensors, front and rear all have the same reading as well

Problem solved, had a pulse width modulated sensor but was wired for non pulse width modulated, changed sensor to a 2000 Camaro and all fixed
