Default Car dies at cold temps and if idle to long.

I have a 404 LS2 with full boltons. My car was previously on a SD tune. Everything was working correctly with no issues. I added a fast 102 and started having issues. Car would die everytime I reved it up.I checked for any leaks and everything was perfect. I took the car to get retuned and change to a MAF tune. After the tune I had to pick my car up quickly before going to work out of town. I didn't get to fully test the vehicle. After getting back home the car idles great but at low coolent temps, any reving will casue it to surge and die. It also seems to do this if I idle to long and give it gas as if its loading up. Once the car is at operating temps is does not have these issues unless I'm idling to long. I did talk to the tuner and he said to drop it back off to check it out. I'm posting just to get a few ideas if anyone has had these issues and how did they fix them. I do plan on taking back when I get back from work but still curious of what can be done. Thanks
