Default need help! LQ9 runs great UNTIL it reaches operating temperature?

First, let me start by saying please don't flame me as this is my first LSX swap and when it comes to tuning/computers I'm definitely not "in the know"

I swapped a LQ9 with L92 heads/mild cam in my 68 Camaro. Slowly working out all the bugs, but now I'm stuck. The car starts, idles and runs great UNTIL it reaches operating temperature, 180 degrees and up it stutters, will barely idle, when you try to rev it up it backfire and has zero power and the car is undrivable. I've heard that the tune can cause this? (Right now all I have is a mail order tune) I am running 34lb injectors (rated that at 43 PSI) and my tune was set up for 36lb injectors (since I'm running 50PSI) I have tried messing with the fuel rail pressure, no change in the how it runs. I'm at the point now where I'm looking to find a LS motor specialist near me and have them diagnose it so I can drive my car. I have my buddies car with a LSX swap sitting right next to mine so I have access to all the different sensors and what not.

At the moment I don't have a scanner, any ideas on what to check? Thanks for your time!

Did you try swapping the left and right front o2 sensor connectors? That seems to be a common problem lately.

Check your water temp sensor. These things run whacky if it goes bad or the connection isn't good.

Thanks for the help guys, gave me a few ideas the check out tonight. I did forget to post that my electric fan was not turning on either once the car gets up to temp. and my fuse box (a relay) was clicking at times. Not every time we ran the car, just the last few times we've tried troubleshooting it. My fuse box is wired for a 2 fan set up (green-1st stage and blue-2nd) and I'm only running a single fan... I can't remember what wire I ran from. Could this be part of my issue with the car running like crap once its warm? Keep in mind it was 20-30 degrees last week, I live in Maryland!

Thanks fellas!

Default Problem was O2 connectors!

First, let me say I hate doing searches in any forum to find the original poster never replied saying if the issue was fixed and what the problem was.

Thanks to all who gave me ideas, special thanks to Wait4Me because that was my issue. Swapped the bank connectors and she ran like a champ!

Much respect guys, Thanks Again!
