hp tuners help...
i have been playing with the hp tuner pro trying to get my car running better after the mods, but i want to clear out the DTC codes before i start messing with anything else. i have egr delete and the air delete no cats or rear 02 sensors.. which ones can i disable from being checked by the ses... i have a bunch of codes in mine and the car runs good now so i believe most of them to be something i did or deleted from the car any help would be greatly appreciated i can post fault codes if it would help but there are nearly 100 of them

If the EGR is gone, then you want to fix the EGR advance
table to cut down on part throttle ping -> KR -> low octane
timing (knock learn factor). Because knock-learn will dog
you everywhere even if you only ping at light cruise (say).
It would be educational for you to read and understand
the codes and their causes, before just killing them. There
may be some nuggets of truth amid all her bitching.
Your headers will mess up the front O2s' performance
and at best you'll see heater and switching codes, but
bet on there also being some degradation of closed loop
fueling and direct impact to MPG, plus likely jacking the
LTFTs to where you get excess WOT enrichment. This
wants more than codes killed, really, but most people
just live with it.
