Default ls1 wont run

I recently did a ls1/t56 swap from a 99 z28 into my 01 v6/a4. I put a 228r cam in it before it went in. I had vats bypassed and a baseline tune done by ECS in order to get the car running and be able to drive it to get dyno tuned. It cranks and it turns over but unless you give it some gas it won't idle. If I keep my foot in it steady at about 1000rpm it'll stay there for a couple seconds then it'll rev up by itself I'm assuming the ecm is compensating for something. Watching the o2 values neither of them seem to be switching consistently.
I spliced B from c101 to B on c 105 to power bank 2. Im kinda at a loss for what it could be. What values should I be looking for for things like maf map iac etc.? Any advice would be appriciated, I just want her to run again.

It probably just needs more idle airflow in the tune. Did you try just manually opening up the set screw on the throttlebody temporary till you get it dyno tuned?

Turn in the set screw on the throttle body it'll idle now after it warms up a little big. Sounds like it starts breaking up around 3000 rpm and backfires. O2 on bank 2 sensor 1 still doesnt fluctuate too much. Any ideas or advice?

do ALL of the pink wires in the harness have 12V battery power when the key is turned on?

What is base fuel pressure? Are you using the v6 fuel pump or an ls1?

swapped out the v6 pump for a walboro 255 before i pulled the v6. Fuel pressure KOEO is about 57 psi. Picked up a vette filter/regulator to convert the 2 lines to 1. As far as the wiring I cut the b wire on c101 and spliced it to b on 105, that is getting 12v. 12v is present at all eight injectors as well as at the coils.

Car doesn't have PCV or EVAP set up at the moment if that matters. I'm going to get all that squared away once it runs right unless those are essential, which i didn't think they were. PCV is plugged at the valve on the intake, EGR is tuned out and plugged at intake, fresh air is run from the throttle body to the passenger valve cover and a cap in on the drivers valve cover.

Is the computer tuned for the injectors you are running?

I believe so. Factory 99 rail with factory injectors. ECS didn't inquire about aftermarket injectors. I did tell them about the mods done as far as the cam, springs, chain etc, everything else is factory.
