Default Ls powered gen 1 cutting fuel

I have a gen 1 406 sbc procomp intake and rails accufab cable throttle body efi connection 24x w/ 1x and coil on plug powered by a ls ecm from a 2003 dbw and my own cleaned up factory harness I have no problems with the ecm other than it fires the engine for 1-2 seconds and cuts fuel I have antitheft tuned out with efilive my question is the drive by wire keeps showing up in my tune after I load a non dbw tune and read it. I know if there is something wrong with the dbw it will kill the engine could it be that I have 50 psi fuel pressure and engine will run on carb clean no prob

What is the part number of your 2003 ecm.

And what file are you using that shuts off the electronic throttle as your base tune.

Did you turn off the column lock setting in near the antitheft as well?

If you are running the custom os, you have to run it like one. The tables you have are not set up yet. When you open the software it is giving the warning saying that there is bad data in some tables. If you Follow the os2 tutorial it will tell you how the system works. For example, A0014 you have it at .8 factor where it should be a 1. or close to it like 1.01, ect... .8 is a MAJOR change.

Then you have table B3647 that is asking for a 9.1 air fuel ratio at idle..

You will probably have to use an express van calibration to start from to get a non electronic throttle file to work as your base without getting technical.

I would suggest you getting a tune by a person/shop that has more experience with what is going on more that is local to you. I don't want you to damage your engine.

You shouldn't run 22lb injectors without setting up for them in the tune. Plus you have to set up for Ve, and mass air meter, and sensors, and well just about everything as your combo is not going to be easy right off the bat.

I'm getting pretty familiar with efilive as I've tuned my 2 duramaxes and girlfriends 2004 envoy so I'm going to give it the best I can pretty confident I can get it to idle I just think I'm missing something or something is not compatible I will get a video posted as soon as I can it acts like passlock. Its only cutting fuel I can run the engine on carb clean so I just have to find it could it be a hidden parameter I looked on the tune I had from the 2003 express van and it had the etc drop down folder in it too. I tried an older express file but it was a 512k and it wouldn't flash into my 1 mb
