one that is not heated, will foul out real quick. That
is also a problem with long-term-installed ones, esp.

killed my first LM-1 sensor this way, leaving it in the
pipe and not turning on the meter every time.
Two complete lineups and switching which output
the scan tool sees, both of them kept hot and active,
ought to be OK (just a waste of money most of the

Yes it is possible. However as Jimmy says, you want to make sure the HEATER circuit is being turned on, on both of the sensors always. If the customer here wants something like that, I just wire up the signal wires to the switch, but jumper over the heaters on both of them thru the controller. It works just fine.
