I have an appointment Wednesday to have the car tuned for the 4L80 idle and the exhaust as well. I was going to have to arrange for the tune for the longtubes and new exhaust already, so this just means I'm moving the tune up by 3-4 months. Hopefully this will eliminate all of my skip shift, AIR, idle and O2 codes. As of this week I'm throwing the P0133 slow response code as well.

I got the car back before 1pm today and everything appears to be A-OK. I'll have to drive it for a while to see if any of those pesky intermittent codes pop up but I am confident they got all of them taken care of. MAF numbers are now very close in line with what I was seeing on the trucks and the idle is very stable and settles in more gradually when I blip the throttle. From my understanding they used the M6 tune still but reprogrammed the idle to work with the A4. Now that the problems I was having seem to be resolved I get to start tackling other things the car needs.
