It would help if you installed the software, and then queried the V1 to see if it had any licenses left, or if it responds/functions at all...
if it has no licenses remaining and it was used as a V2 upgrade, then it is only good as a scanner/logger, worth less than what was said above.
otherwise if it was not used as a V2 upgrade then licenses can be added to it, so it is worth what was said above;
