Codes C0237, C0238 and C0239

Codes C0237, C0238 and C0239 ok. was clearing a code for a bad 02 sensor tonight at my local parts store, replaced the sensor, good to go. however, when i did a ABS system scan with teh scanner, it came up with 3 codes.
U1016 (loss of communications with PCM) i did a SES clear by pulling hte PCM and PCM ign fuses so thats explained.

What the crap is going on? is my TCS module Taking a crap? i cleared the codes and it felt like the car had an immediate 50 hp... and i'm NOT crazy...
i am thinking on pulling the TCS fuse(s) until i can figure this out... i am wondering if its pulling spark causing the loss of power. i did not notice the loss of power until the codes were cleared and it came back.
