have been working las week on an engine that is a 408, 6.0L block, with the holley hp efi system is the 550-102 the engine runs very rough, like out of time, make a system log and the cam sensor is a straight line no bumps, the engine are running ok with carb and a msd 6010, and also runs ok with the factory ecu,

what will be the problem?

right now will check for the 1,000,000,000, all the wires, let me now where to look for, what signal will need to have in the cam connector, in what order, doīt know were to start looking for to resolve the problem,

any advice will be appreciate

Are you sure you have it setup correctly in the tune? Is it 1x or 4x?

PS, you should be able to get it to run just fine without the cam sensor. That may not be the problem with the way it's running. You most likely have more than one problem.

I donīt see that will be wrong in the tune, cause we took the information of the custom cal, is the ls1 4l60, and correct the engine parameters and the fuel tables,

is a 1x cam, do exactly what the instruction say, what else to do,
