Default Running stock LS6 tune on bigger cam

Just got the car up and running after dropping a lifter wiped out my CTS-V. Had my friend get the car to idle so I could break in the motor. More or less did a good sized cam and headers, the rest is stock. I assume the MAF can compensate enough to make it "safe" to break in?

Hard to say. Every motor different.

That being said, im pretty sure my car was not tuned after the previous owner put a cam in it. It will set SES light almost guaranteed.

If it runs and idles and isn't surging bad, you're probably ok....as long as you don't beat on it.
