Default Fan Setting Question

Guys, I am in need of suggestions/advice for my '00 SS. I replaced the fan with a 180* thermostat, and went ahead and did the LT1 radiator upgrade after my old radiator started leaking. My question is: What should I set both fan temperatures on for the 180* thermostat? I searched all over th eplace, but the only thing that kept coming up was people saying not to change thermostats. Thanks in advance.

I always set the low speed 16'F over the thermostat temp and turn off 4-8 degrees less than the on temp

Add 10 degrees to the turn on of f1 for f2
