Bad cam sensor wiring?

Bad cam sensor wiring? So I have had troubles on start up car was always perfect started within 3 seconds. Lately had horrible start ups sometimes I have to turn it over for a few seconds shut it off try again basically do it over and over till it fires because I didn't want tto just let it keep turning over. (Also my teach stopped working) so I figured bad cam sensor. I replaced it wires looked good and same thing happened. I went in HP tuners unchecked the box for cam position sensor and now my tach works but same terrible start up. Anyone have any ideas on this??? I can't figure it out since its been perfect but randomly started doing this.

From what I saw wiring looked good I also replaced the sensor. I'd be surprised if they backed out would it run perfect still?? Is there anyway to test any of those? Haha ill pull the intake and check again but it just randomly started acting up. But sure is perfect after it starts.
Only thing I'm coming up with is when we welded the cage maybe something got shorted. I hate taking that intake off but I have to do it. Is there a way I can wire it myself bypassing the pcm

Ok pulled the intake again checked wires was getting no power to the sensor with the key on. Made a jumper from another sensor put it all back together and same issue!! Any ideas?? Tach doesn't work but when I go into HP tuners and disable the cam sensor low voltage it reads perfect........
