Default need help quick! speedo pegged after 0411 swap

hey guys, just finished my 98 to 0411 swap, cranked right up and drove it around the block but my speedo pegs as soon as I take off and bounces off the limiter. goes back to 0 when I stop.

where did I go wrong? backwards wiring or some kind of tune issue? thanks again guys!

Are you sure the correct tire size and rear end ratio is correct?
Is the VSS input value correct 17 for the T56, 40 for a 4L60E?
Which speedometer output did you use on the PCM? There is the normal one for the speedometer and then there is the high speed one that is used on some vehicles for 3 channel ABS

my speed sensor pulses per kilometer are the same as all stock f bodys, 65004. vss is at 40 since im 4l60e. I actually switched my pcm primary and secondary pulse values because it seems that one is 40x the other. and my speedo seemed to be 40 times too fast. I drove one half mile and odometer showed 20 miles.

I switched the pulse values around in my tables and now I have a dead speedometer. I am going to check j2 pin 49 and 50 as that is the wires that give pcm primary and secondary pulse values.
