why didnt it pull timing?

wondering if i have a setting wrong. at 1.20 g/cyl at 104* it should pull one degree 5* at 149* and 6* at 167*
if you look at my low octane timing table the 1.20 g/cyl is 15* from 4000 rpm and up. as you can see the iat got up to the mid 170s
on the scanner on the chart i have timing advance as the sensor that im logging. is that the actual timing value the motor is using at that time or do i need to reccord timing retard to see the timing being pulled

It looks like it's adding timing in those cells from the afr spark correction table, looks like it is almost enough to cancel out the iat deduct, but I didn't do the math in each cell.
It shows you are commanding 1.18 in PE, is that right? It just seems low for boosted vehicle.
