Im in the process of finshing up all the little odds and ends from my 98 to 99 PCM conversion. Is someone willing to give me a step by step on how to do the segment swap useing EFI Live. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you getting the fuel segments from that will work in a 1999 operating system. Thats why most people use the 2002 1256 operating system, since there is a fuel segment from a van that will work with it.
The only way I know to get the 99 throgh 2001 ones to work is to use Tuner Cat and turn on the PWM fuel gauge output and set the freq. That way there is no segment swap
