Tune for stock f body ls1 with ProCharger?

Tune for stock f body ls1 with ProCharger? Hi
Iīve got a stock Trans Am -99 Ls1 that Iīve put a ProCharger HO P1SC-1 kit on.
When I got the tune from the seller the car dosenīt work correct.
Looking at the tune I first noticed the tire size was changed to 36"? But after changing to 26" the car still acts strange.
Is it possible to get a tune for a stock f body ls1 w/ P1SC-1 kit??
The kit included a Diablo Sport tuner.

The car works better with stock tune than with the one tuned for procharger?
