Flashing check engine light after egr delete
plumbing, then your tune is pushing a lot of extra
advance in the light throttle regions, and will misfire.
Turning off the EGR functions in the tune, or at least
zeroing the EGR spark adders, is needed; maybe even
more spark table massaging than that. What the VE
table looks like on EGR cars, I haven't looked at but
it should be depressed when EGR valve is open, and
that could compound the problem with short fueling.
