how come after every time I flash a new tune my truck wont hardly start and will only run for a second or two then shuts off?? then all the sudden its like something flips a switch and it runs fine........

my car does the same thing after a flash. runs crappy for 5 sec or so. then runs fine. my tuner says its a gm thing...
