high idle and in cell 22

I am posting this so it may help someone out in the future. My car wouldn't idle below 1200-1300 rpms. Also it would never enter closed loop at idle...just sat in cell 22. It turns out my TPS voltage was 1.5 volts at idle instead of the normal .4-.6 volts at idle. I cleaned the tps and all is well now.

We've had this problem on several other cars as well. Another sign is the idle hanging for a year and a day after coming off the gas (no matter what changes you make for tuning). From what I have seen, it seems that the TPS usually gets slow before it completely goes.
