Default electrical gremlins

A little background... 99 t/a body with a 00 t/a powertrain. Swap was completed feb 2013. Car has run strong with 0 issues until just a few weeks ago.
Now about every other start up the gauges sweep erratically. The oil pressure gauge and volt meter gauge read unusually low at idle, and cruising speed but under hard acceleration both gauges adjust to an acceptable reading. Also the service vehicle light is on now and the abs inop light as well as the brake light illuminate in the cluster occasionally.
Things i've done... new optima yellow top battery 3 days ago, all power and ground wires have been cleaned and dielectric grease applied. Voltages have been checked at alternator, battery, fuse boxes (under the hood and in dash), and all locations read 13.8+or- .3 volts.
The car drives fine, stops fine, and starts every time.
Any ideas?
