So far it appears this can't be done with EFI-Live as it does not support the re-scaling of the IAT sensor on the E40 (2005-2006 GTO). If someone has accomplished this, I would love to hear about.

It is possible to make the adjustment in combination with HPT, but at that point it makes my EFI-Live license and hardware redundant.

I haven't looked in EFI Live for it but can't you edit the values in the table and not necessarily rescale? Or is it that it's just not in the editor?

Those two tables are not available in EFI-L for the E40. EFI does allow individuals to add parameters through ".cax" files, but that is beyond my skill set.

Run an external IAT and use a patch harness.

Wouldn't the external temp sensor require the same table adjustments?

That's what we do since the only reason we go LS7 MA is on blower cars.

No because the LS1 style early external IAT sensors are compatible with the scale used in the E40.
