High/ low octane tables

High/ low octane tables Lt1 running 24x and 02 PCM. I have my low octane spark table the same as my high octane reason is if the low octane table are different it will never switch to the high octane spark tables.... Question is what is causing it??
Only knock-learning or some SES codes will put you
onto low octane table. If the Learn Factor is zero and
you're sure it's using the Low Octane table then look
for a SES code (maybe one that has no-MIL but still
active).
But I like to leave LO about 4 degrees less than HO
just in case I ever get a tank of lousy gasoline.
