Default Why is my desired idle airflow so high?

Recently switched back to my stock cam and switched the raf back to stock in the tune. Tried starting and no beuno. Fired up then died. I added airflow untill it would idle, then ran the russk idle config to figure out where my raf needed to be. Needless to say, my truck requires about 3x more base running airflow than the stock tune. I could understand needing less if I had a vacuum leak, but why more?
