Built engine, no start! need 99+ wiring swap help
How's It Going, I Had A Custom Engine Built For My 98 TA, And Have A basic Tune From Speed Inc,42# Injectors Aeromotive Pump, Custom Everything. It Has The Essentials, Fuel Spark And Air, It Started For About 4 Seconds And Now Nothing, It Sounds Like It Wants Too But Won't, Any Help Much Appreciated. I Need To Get This Done By Tuesday For The Dyno Tune

Brought it to a local speed shop and the tested it I would attach an image but my tablet won't let me
I also just swapped my harness, ( I have a 98) to am 01 pcm and engine harness, I can't find any threads on here that are write ups to change the connectors under the pass side for the gauges, so if anyone has a link to that or adapter harness it would be much appreciated.
Also I put the stick injectors back in and the car fired right up, I have to get a coffee reader to see why theres a misfire though

Wow! Another one. LOL
If you insist on the '01 PCM (can't imagine why you would) you need to use your original harness, and simply swap the pins/wires around in the PCM connectors for the '01 PCM. Should not have changed the harness. With what you have there, there is no valid reason to not use the '98 PCM. I have had several nine second customers using their original '98 PCMs.

If it has spark at the plugs, try spraying starting fluid or carb cleaner in the air box. If you have a good scanner, scan it and look for cranking RPM, make sure %TPS isn't high, and that the indicated coolant temp agrees with ambient.
Should be within ten degrees or so. If the temp shows very cold it will try to flood the engine. Spraying something in it won't make it try to start if that is the case. Reading a lot warmer than ambient would like being sprayed.
No cranking RPM (a good scan tool will have this) would likely indicate a crank position sensor circuit or sensor issue.
TPS above 95% shuts the injectors off, aka Clear Flood Mode.
Check all PCM grounds. (engine cranking) Back probe them at the PCM with a digital volt/ohm meter. Should show less than 1/2 volt. Voltage indicates a bad ground.
Good luck.

Yes, a scanner will work even if the engine won't start. They are used all the time to help diagnose why one won't start. Turn the key on and you should see all the parameters. Now, if you have a code reader, instead of a real scanner, it won't tell you much. I would not waste my money on a code reader.
