duty cycle dropping but not commanded to

Car is a ls1 with cam and Turbo mp70. 96 ar did have the fire ring so would on make 9 psi from 55-65k got a ring and all was good.
Car made 11 psi like a champ timing was at 14-15 degrees 60lbs deka @ 73 DC pump is a 255 with hot wire Afr was 11.0-11.1
Next pull we turned it up a pound because it was cold.out and we lost boost on top of the pull still showed 11psi but in the second pull she showed lean 15.0 and the DC show 56 wtf that wasn't even touched and had a 3sec standing flame in the down pipe..... telling me she rich but showed lean.
Third pull just babied it to see what it was doing and DC dropped to 10. -_-
We are guessing the fuel in the tank is low but in my head doesn't explain why the DC drops when nothis was commanded.
What's going on? The plan is to put some gas in it and try again.
