Is there a wideband out there that I could get that has a gauge to fit in my gauge pillar and also hook up to me hptuners pro?

Any wideband can do that. Just splice the signal wire to both the gauge and HPT and it will work with both no problems, I have done it with several innovates and a few AFX and it works good.
You will have to adjust the WB transfer to get the scanner to read the same as the gauge, but this happens even without a gage
