ignition coil J? #10

ignition coil J? #10 trying to figure out some stuff with the engine I put in my Camaro.
long story short.
2000 Z28 A4.
pulled the engine and harness for my 0ther car
installed a 5.3 and harness from a 01 trans am.
currently using the '00 PCM.
removed the AIR pump, and egr stuff. and the rear O2's are unplugged
had a bunch of issues in the trans am, and now seeing issues in the Camaro
some extended the front O2 wires to reach the longtubes. not sure what else was done if anything, but I may have a harness issue.
Engine runs, poor idle, RPM gauge starts and quits after a few seconds. some loud noise coming from the engine as well, very delayed response from the throttle.
pulled what coeds I could after a short running period,
P0018
P0330
P0360
P2830
P2860
one code is referring to coil pack J, #10. with only 8 coil packs I don't know what to think.
was hoping to test this harness before I pull it back out of the car.not sure where to start or what to do
anyone have advice regarding any of the codes I listed?
