L59 to Chevy II--Mod ecm or will it run? I am looking at a drop out, low mileage L59 for a turbo build into my Chevy II. My question is, do I need to change anything in the factory ecm to get it running, or will it start as is? I am having Howells make me a harness (cheaper than buying with motor, then modding) but I have the ecm for this motor. Will it run as removed from the truck? Thanks guys.
