Any advantage of using PCM 12200411 over 12576106?
Ok I see where people are recommending to use the 12200411 PCM's and mention that other PCM's may work the same.
I purchased another PCM today for $25, it is a 12576106, this PCM is suppose to be able to run a cable throttle body as well as my 4l80e and my tuner can hopefully tune it for my 5.7. I purchased the $25 PCM because it was cheap and recommended from here: http://lt1swap.com/cable_conversion.htm
What would be the advantages of buying a 12200411 and using it instead of my 12576106?
This is all to get a 1998 LS1 to work with my 1999 4l80e and make it a cable throttle body. My tuner uses HP Tuners.

On the front of the pcm there is a white sticker, with a hardware and service number, your service number should be 12200411 and as mentioned by codyvette, you already have the one you want/need.

As gagliano7 stated, your '98 wiring harness wont plug into a 411 ECU as is. You will need to change the connectors and repin it. The pin locations on the '98 ECU that goes with your '98 harness is totally different, hardly any on the wires go to the same pin locations. I'm not sure what you are using for a fuel tank, and sender, but the segments for that are different from '98 and the other years. I've seen a document on MRK's website which has a list of the pin changes required.
